You don’t need more information.
You need the right kind of support.
If you’ve been questioning your drinking, trying to cut back, or quietly wondering if alcohol is holding you back, you’re not alone. And more importantly, you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
There are different ways to work together depending on where you are and what kind of support you’re looking for.

Private Coaching (The FREEDOM Method)
Best for: women who are done trying to “figure it out” on their own and are ready for real, lasting change
If you’ve been trying to cut back, moderate, or “be better” with alcohol and nothing is actually changing, there’s a reason. If you're ready to take action and create massive change in your life, this is for you.
Private coaching is my most in-depth, high-touch offer. We work closely together to help you stop drinking, understand the deeper patterns driving it, and rebuild your relationship with yourself in a way that actually holds.
This is not about willpower, discipline, or white-knuckling your way through it. It’s about understanding what’s really going on and creating change that feels sustainable, not forced.
If you’ve been stuck in the cycle of trying to moderate, this will likely resonate:

Beyond Alcohol (Group Coaching) - COMING SOON
Best for: women who want structure, guidance, and a clear, supported path to stop drinking
Beyond Alcohol is a structured program designed to help you stop drinking and build a strong foundation for lasting change.
You’ll be guided step-by-step through the process with tools, support, and accountability — without having to do it alone, but also without the intensity or investment of private coaching.
This is for women who are ready to take action, but want a clear roadmap and support system to follow.
The Well Circle (Sober Support Group & Community)
Best for: women who want ongoing support, connection, and accountability in a lower-cost, accessible format
The Well Circle is a monthly membership for sober and sober-curious women who don’t want to do this alone.
It includes weekly group calls, a private community space, and consistent support to help you stay grounded, connected, and moving forward, especially in the moments where it would be easier to fall back into old patterns.
This is not about perfection. It’s about staying in the conversation and continuing to show up for yourself.

Speaking & Consulting
For organizations ready to move beyond surface-level conversations about wellness and actually address what’s impacting women’s health, performance, and retention.
My work sits at the intersection of alcohol culture, burnout, and the invisible pressures women are navigating every day and how those factors quietly impact focus, productivity, leadership, and wellbeing.
Workshops and talks are grounded in research, lived experience, and practical application, not generic wellness advice.
Still Not Sure Where to Start?
You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out.
If you’re thinking about change, that’s enough.
Apply for private coaching and I’ll help you determine the best next step based on where you are and what kind of support will actually move you forward.

*Note: My coaching practice is entirely virtual and relies on a variety of online platforms to function smoothly including: email, Zoom, Google Drive, WhatsApp, etc. In order to work and communicate effectively together, please ensure that you have a solid working understanding of these tools or a willingness to learn them.
I received my coaching training from the Health Coach Institute (HCI), where I earned both my health and life coaching certificates. The root of HCI’s Become a Health Coach program is habit change; therefore, habit change is the basis of my coaching practice. In addition, the training I received at HCI was interdisciplinary and evidence-based, drawing on various fields including behavioural psychology, neurology, holistic nutrition, and functional medicine.
As an HCI graduate, I am accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Canadian Health Coach Alliance, the Federation of Holistic Therapists (UK) and the International Institute for Complimentary Therapists (Australia and New Zealand).
As of August 2022, I am also a Health Coach Alliance Registered Health Coach (HCA-RHC).
