7-Day Meditation Challenge

Are you interested in learning how to meditate but aren't sure how to get started?

 

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this challenge is for you!

During this 7-Day Meditation Challenge, we will cover all the basics of meditation so that you feel equipped to start your practice. I will also take you through a guided meditation each day of the challenge and teach you a variety of different meditation styles.

 

This challenge will take place via Zoom (video conferencing) so you can enjoy the challenge from the comfort of your own home. All participants will receive a recording of the sessions so you will have access to the guided meditations for use after the challenge and if you aren't able to join us live, you will still receive the content.

Where: Zoom (this is a virtual workshop that allows you to join from the comfort of your own home. If you can't join us live, you will receive a recording of the session including the guided meditation)

Habit Change Workshop

One of the best ways to create lasting, sustainable change is to look at your habits and how existing habits are keeping you stuck. By learning how to dismantle these habits and replace them with healthier habits will support you in moving you closer to where you want to be. 

During this workshop, you'll receive:

- group coaching

- simple, tangible tools you can apply immediately

- insight on what's been holding you back

- support in taking apart old habits and building new ones

You'll also receive a workbook which will support you in creating changes in your life!

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) aka Tapping

What the heck is EFT, you ask? Great question!

EFT is a powerful, effective and super simple tool used to manage, and in some cases, resolve a variety of issues including stress, anxiety, chronic pain, depression, limiting beliefs and more. EFT functions in a similar way to acupuncture, both of which utilize the energy meridian endpoints. This tool is incredible because it can be practiced anywhere, any time, by anyone, allowing you to take your healing and wellness into your own hands.

Through this workshop, you will learn:

- the basics of EFT

- various tapping sequences

- how to apply this technique immediately to a variety of issues in your life
