​
Beyond Alcohol is a 6-week group program designed for women who are ready to stop drinking and change their relationship with alcohol in a structured, supported way.
​
It’s built for the point where you’re already aware of what’s happening, but haven’t been able to shift it on your own.
This isn’t something you passively watch or try to figure out later.
Each week, we meet live and work through what’s actually happening in real time so you’re not just understanding your patterns ... you’re actively changing them.
The focus is on:

understanding what’s driving your drinking
-
interrupting the patterns that keep repeating
-
building tools you can use in your real life
-
and doing something different while you’re in it
This is not about thinking about it more.
It’s about having a clear way to actually work through it.

How the Program Works
​
Beyond Alcohol is designed to be practical, structured, and applied in real time.
Each week, we meet for a 60-minute live session on Zoom.
Inside those sessions, you’ll be guided through a combination of:

teaching to help you understand what’s driving your drinking
-
guided exercises to apply that directly to your own patterns
-
coaching and support as you work through it
This isn’t something you listen to and try to implement later.
You’re doing the work in the room, with support. Plus there will be optional additional action steps to work on during the week to turbo-charge your results.
Between sessions, you’ll have:

a simple workbook to guide each week’s exercises

practical tools you can use immediately in your day-to-day life
-
access to a private group chat for support and accountability
Everything is designed to be used in real life and in real time, not saved for later.

Over the 6 weeks, we’ll work through the patterns, behaviours, and underlying drivers that keep your drinking in place.

It’s about focusing on what’s actually happening for you, and working through it in a way that creates real change.

Beliefs, identity, and self-sabotage
The internal patterns that keep you stuck and how to shift them -
Emotional capacity and real-life tools
Building practical ways to handle stress, discomfort, and daily life without relying on alcohol -
Relationships, environment, and next steps
Navigating social situations and getting clear on what comes next
